This is not a love-and-light workshop.
This is not surface-level healing.
This is a return to the body.
Over two days, we enter the places we learned to leave — the numbness, the tension, the buried emotion, the held desire, the frozen power. Through guided somatic practices, movement, breath, and deep presence work, we begin to inhabit the body again… not as an idea, but as a lived experience.
This path is confronting at times. Tender. Uncomfortable. Real.
Because embodiment asks us to feel what we once had to shut down.
You will be guided through this terrain — the inner underworld where fear, sensuality, memory, and life force live together — in a grounded, supported container.
On the other side of what we avoid is aliveness.
