An unforgettable evening where wild game meets world-class whiskey. Join us for a 5-course wild game tasting menu, each course expertly paired with a unique expression from Yellowstone Bourbon.

This dinner will be led by Limestone Branch Distillery Master Distiller, Stephen Beam, who will guide guests through the Yellowstone tasting experience and share the heritage behind one of Kentucky’s most iconic bourbon families.

• 🍝 Mountain Goat, ricotta & herb agnolotti with artichoke purée, pea shoot sauce & lardons

8:15 PM – Fourth Course

• 🍖 Slow-Cooked Elk Ribs with roasted root vegetables & chocolate morel demi-glace

8:40 PM – Dessert Course
