Walk with Ease

FREE walking program!
🚶🏼‍♀️Meets for an hour on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for 6 weeks.

"Walk with Ease" is an evidence-based program that has been proven to help people with arthritis or other related conditions reduce pain.
• Gain information, learn exercises and implement helpful strategies
• Reduce arthritis pain and discomfort
• Increase balance, strength and walking pace
• Build confidence in your ability to be physically active
• Improve overall health

Held at Central Square Mall - look for signs.
