Pie Demo with Laura Klynstra

Join us at Baker Book House as Laura Klynstra, author of multiple cookbooks including The Homemade Pie Cookbook, gives a demonstration of her baking prowess by creating her homemade pie dough. There will be time for audience Q&A during the event.

About the Author: Laura Klynstra is senior art director for Revell Books and a freelance graphic designer and photographer. Previously she worked as art director at Hyperion Books and at HarperCollins Publishers in New York City. She lives in Michigan with her family and a menagerie of dogs, cats, chickens, and ducks.
