Perfect Pairings – Fall Cheese & Wine Charcuterie

Join Barb Kasper and Spruced studio for a delicious evening where you will learn the art of arranging the meats, cheeses, fruit, and other fun accompaniments all while sampling several delicious fall wines!

The class starts with a tasting of assorted cheeses, meats and other accompaniments…so come hungry!

Included in the workshop are all the meats, cheeses, and other goodies to build your take home 10″ x 12″ charcuterie tray. Along the way, Barb Kasper will share tips and education on both the art and science of charcuterie!
