In-Studio Meditation Circle

Join us as we come together in community to learn, practice, and build upon tools for everyday life.

🧘🏻This session will start with 10-15 minutes of very gentle movement to help us get ready for meditation.
🧘🏼 We’ll have a short teaching and discussion
🧘🏽 Ending with, at least, 20 minutes of meditation.

🧘🏾 Reminder, you don’t need to have meditation practice to join! If you'd like to learn more about meditation check out our Youtube! Or head over to our blog! We’ll always give many options so you can find comfort and resourcing as you practice.

🧘🏿 This class is free for members, at our regular drop-in rate, or use your class pack!
