Embodied Practice: A Visioning + Art Journaling Workshop

Join Leah Grace and Sarah Simon for an evening of embodied intention setting & creative expression. You’ll learn to weave creativity into your daily rhythms as a sacred ritual—an expression of intention and devotion that aligns you with the vision you’re calling forth for 2026.

Leah will gently guide you through somatic practices to connect with your body’s wisdom and clarify the visions that want to unfold in the year ahead. Through breath, movement, and guided meditation, you’ll sense your intentions not just as ideas, but as living energy within you.

From this grounded place, Sarah will lead you into an intuitive art journaling experience — where your intentions take form through color, texture, and collage. No art experience is needed. You’ll be supported to play, explore, and express freely.
