Join us every Sunday for a fun, playful spin on a traditional yoga class, incorporating movements inspired by an eclectic mix of music in a fast paced flow of yoga sequences.
Explore a new avenue of expression in this one hour class of flowy movements, all levels of dance and yoga welcome!
