Community Yoga at Treetops

A Relax, Release, and Regulate yoga class is designed to take YOU on a journey of deep relaxation, tension release, and emotional regulation. By using specific postures, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques, the practice can help alleviate stress, release physical and emotional blocks, and restore a sense of balance and well-being.

The ultimate goal is to leave YOU feeling centered, grounded, and more in tune with YOUR bodies and minds—able to carry that sense of calm and balance into YOUR daily lives.

Class is free, but registration is required. Donation appreciated! We have limited mats, so please bring your own if you have one.
