Come learn about the why, how, and what is all involved with monitoring a student’s school attendance and the importance of it. Members of Ross Resources Student Engagement and Attendance Support team, our local school district staff, as well as members off the Itasca County Diversion team will address the issues of chronic absenteeism, the laws surrounding Truancy and Educational Neglect, and the supportive roles and resources available to students and their families. This panel will hold a Q&A session, and share insights into the week designated as “Attendance Matters!” week in our area schools!
