Start your midweek lunch hour with a rejuvenating, community‑focused yoga flow led by Kate Benson of The Grand Rapids Yoga Company! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, this donation‑based, all‑levels class offers:
🤸♀️ A gentle warm‑up and full‑body flow designed to invigorate your mind and body.
🧘♀️ Breath‑work and mindfulness cues to help you transition into the day.
💚 An inclusive, supportive, trauma-sensitive atmosphere welcoming to all levels and all bodies
🎶 After this 45 minute yoga flow, an optional 10 minute sound journey meditation will be offered.
