Do you have bulky items you need to dump that do not fit in your curbside trash bin? Bring them to Creston Dumpster Day!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- YOU MUST BE A CRESTON RESIDENT. Please do not share this event with folks who do not live in Creston. Proof of residency is required to drop off at this event
- Drive north on Coit to Sweet St. Turn right onto Sweet, and turn in the Berean Baptist parking lot. NOTE: Please be prepared to wait in line, sometimes it gets really long 🙂
- CNA volunteers will ask for proof of residency and sign you in.
- Amazing volunteers will unload and dump for you really fast!
WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED?
- We do not allow UHaul or moving sized trucks to drop off
- No televisions, computer monitors or other electronic devices
- No yard waste allowed: no sod, broken concrete, tree branches, yard clippings or asphalt
- No hazardous materials such as tires, oil, gas, paint, hot ashes or acid
- MAJOR APPLIANCES: REFRIGERATORS, STOVES, DISHWASHERS, WASHERS, DRYERS, WATER HEATERS, AIR CONDITIONERS AND DEHUMIDIFIERS MUST BE PROPERLY PREPARED FOR PICK UP (FREON FREE)
TIPS:
- We are only provided a certain number of dumpsters. When they are full, the event will end
- Arrive early to ensure you get to dump your items
- Sometimes there is a long wait through the line - be patient
