"Muay Thai Foundations" - 3 Week Course - Only 10 Spots

This is a 3-week beginner-friendly program designed to help you build confidence, fitness, and striking skills from the ground up — no experience required.

We’ll kick things off with a special orientation class where you’ll:
🥊 Get fitted with your gloves & shin guards
👊 Learn the fundamentals of stance, movement, and striking
🛡️ Get set up for 3 weeks of structured Muay Thai training

Spots are limited to 10 people, and I’m opening up early bird registration at $147 (includes gloves, shorts, and shin guards). After Aug 25th, the price goes up to $197.

📅 Dates: Sept 6–27
🕐 Choose 2 class times per week (options for evenings available at 5:30pm and 7:15pm. Classes are 1 hour long)
