Fire Cider Workshop

Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll craft your own batch of Fire Cider, a traditional herbal tonic known for boosting immunity, supporting digestion, and warming the body from the inside out.

Many of the ingredients will be harvested fresh from my own garden—garlic, onions, peppers, herbs, horseradish and more. Anything not homegrown is thoughtfully sourced from organic suppliers, so every ingredient is as pure and potent as possible.

Together, we’ll chop, blend, and infuse while learning about the powerful benefits of Fire Cider and the role these herbs play in supporting vibrant health. This is more than just a class—it’s a chance to connect with community, share wisdom, and take empowered steps toward caring for yourself naturally.

You’ll leave with your own jar of Fire Cider and the knowledge to continue making this time-honored remedy at home.

This class is hosted by Laurie Matheny of Manifest, in Motion. Laurie is a trained herbalist, completing a 1500 hour herbal immersion course through Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine.
