Pop Up Workshop - what does it mean to be an "Eldest Daughter"

We will use Taylor Swift's new song " Eldest Daughter" as a starting point of reflection in this mini workshop.

We will explore themes of eldest daughter's role as a child in their family and how this carries into life as an adult.

Mary Sanchez MA, LPC will facilitate the workshop. Mary is a local trauma therapist who has 4 decades of experience working with women who have experienced trauma, domestic violence, substance abuse and mental health diagnosis. This workshop will be a trauma informed, supportive, and nurturing space to contemplate, reflect and challenge the unique challenges eldest daughters face.

A light breakfast will be served.
