Join us for a fun, free event where you can meet fellow runners and enjoy special perks to gear up for fall running season!
This special event includes shoe demos with Altra, shopping discounts, social run and a big raffle giveaway (including tickets to No Man's Land film festival).
Timeline:
- Check in from 5:30-6:00pm and learn more about running gear and the latest technologies in footwear. Experts from GHO will answer questions about gear for road running and trail running including information on appropriate shoe styles for your running goals.
- Altra is providing a demo fleet with options for trail and road for the social run!
- At 6:00pm head out for a social run- your pace, your distance.
- Afterwards enjoy cold beverages, shopping discounts and a big raffle giveaway!

- Shoe drive for girls participating in Girls on the Run programs in the Valley. Shoes will be donated to at risk/girls in need. Each pair of shoes donated earns and extra raffle ticket!
- BIG raffle giveaways- including 2 pairs of Altra shoes AND 2 tickets for the Oct 16th No Man's Land Film festival!
- Post run drinks and snacks!
- Come early or stick around for special perks, gear up for the season!
- Student athletes gear up for fall sports, meet fellow athletes and chat with local coaches
- Looking to get into trail running? Coaches from L2S will be at the event to answer questions about our programs.
Welcome MSU, high school and middle school athletes!
Out West Training will have information about their fall middle school running programs and coaches on hand to answer any gear or training questions for all ages!
Life's 2 Short Fitness is hosting a women's training group this fall with weekly coached runs leading up to a 10k or half marathon.

Girls on the Run Western Colorado inspires participants of all abilities to recognize their individual strengths while building a sense of connection in a team setting. Volunteer coaches facilitate lessons that blend physical activity with life skill development to enable participants to adapt to whatever comes their way. At the end of the season, the team completes a 5K together, which provides a tangible sense of accomplishment and sets a confident mindset into motion.
