Fencing is a one-of-a-kind sport that teaches problem solving, tactical thinking, and sportsmanship, all while improving physical fitness and coordination. Fencing’s combination of fancy footwork and swordplay develops agility, strength, speed, and strategy, and is a great mental and physical workout for all ages!
