Join Us In Grand Isle or Online via Zoom Starting October 5th 2025!
Beginning the week of October 5th, Yoga expert Robin Williams will be offering both in person and online yoga classes at Dance in the Isle on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
This is a wonderful opportunity to connect, stretch, and strengthen in a supportive environment, whether in person or
virtually. Looking ahead, She plans to expand her offerings with additional styles of yoga starting in November. Stay tuned for more details!
YIN YOGA: All Levels
Experience deep relaxation and lasting tranquility with Yin Yoga. This practice focuses on slow, passive
poses held for longer periods of time. Unlike more dynamic styles, Yin Yoga targets the body’s deep
connective tissues, promoting flexibility, joint health, and a profound sense of relaxation. Each posture
helps release tension, improve circulation, and encourages mindfulness. This practice is suitable for
everyone, regardless of experience level.

FLOW: All Levels
This all-level flow class links breath, with movement through gentle stretches, dynamic sequences, and
mindful stillness. It is perfect for both beginners and experienced yogis looking to reset and reconnect in
a well -rounded practice.
