Stories & Skateboarding

Join us for a special story time event at the recently rennovated Pier Park Skate Park! We will read the new book Grind: An Ode to Skateboarding. After that, staff from The Bay will be at the park with skateboards and safety gear to teach kids how to skateboard! All kids who skateboard will need to have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian. That can be done at the event, or prior to the event by stopping in at Rooted. We will also have sidewalk chalk available for kids who don't want to skateboard!
