Be the Light - Glow Run/Walk

Join us for a free 5k Glow Run/Walk to raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. Together we are offering support and showing those in our communities, they are not alone.

You can run, walk or just come to offer support. We will have activities, resources, information and more. T-shirts will be available to purchase.

We will have a memory wall to remember those we have lost to suicide.
