Health in Motion 5K walk/run

Mark your calendars for the 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟱𝗞 walk/run!

� 4 p.m. registration, 4:30 p.m. start
� A free will donation will be collected with proceeds to go to the Grand Forks Global Friends Coalition.
� Everyone who checks-in will be put in a drawing to win a Garmin running watch.
