Bella Peterson - RJ Energy Solutions
RJ Energy Solutions helps businesses and homeowner’s lower energy costs and prevent equipment failures through advanced predictive maintenance, detailed energy audits, and custom heat transfer systems. We identify inefficiencies, catch issues before breakdowns happen, and deliver solutions that improve performance across HVAC, kitchen, and mechanical systems.
Bella Peterson is the VP of Business Development at RJ Energy Solutions and a recent UND Entrepreneurship graduate. She helps grow the startup by bringing predictive maintenance and heat transfer solutions to market. She is passionate about solving real problems and being part of a fast-paced, hands-on team.

Kayley Wachter is a Senior at the University of North Dakota studying Entrepreneurship with minors in Leadership and Professional Sales. She is a 6th-generation North Dakotan currently learning the ins and outs of her family’s business in Bismarck, with plans to take it over alongside her brothers in the future.

Logan was raised about 75 miles NW of Grand Forks. At the age of 15 he started offering window washing services, jumpstarting his entrepreneurial journey to where he is today. He is now in his junior year at UND studying Entrepreneurship with minors in Professional Sales and UAS. At UND he serves as the VP of UNDEC and MD of Ops at DVG, while enjoying time staying active at the Newman Center.
