I'm returning to Grand Falls for one last session before next June.🥹My heart is so full to have the opportunity to gather again with you all, and to share this practice with you in my home town! ❤️

No experience is needed — just your open heart. Come as you are, and let’s create a cozy space where we can breathe, move, and SHINE together. 💫

When you get to 159 price rd:
-follow the road all the way to the end.
-You will pass a house on your left, and a pond/other house on your right
- keep going until you go up a hill
-the building for the event will be on your left hand side 😊
