Fun w/ Fitness

Join us for Fitness with Tamara! Make sure to dress appropriately, consider the weather as when it permits, we will still try to get outdoors as much as possible. Bring plenty of water to get you through!

REMEMBER: You MUST have a profile completed prior to attending any activities at Henry Ford Genesys Health Club. If your profile is incomplete, you will not be permitted to participate.

We will post on the page if weather seems questionable to let everyone know the status of the activity
