Sunset Stretching with Goats at Paradise Groves Farm

End your day with peace, laughter, and a touch of farm magic. Sunset Stretching with Goats at Paradise Groves Farm is a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga-inspired class designed to relax your body and refresh your spirit. No experience needed—just a sense of fun!

As the sun sets over the pasture, our curious goats will wander, snuggle, and maybe hop on a mat or two while you flow through simple stretches, grounding poses, and plenty of smiles. This experience is less about “perfect yoga” and more about connection—with yourself, with nature, and with a few mischievous goats.

We'll provide (freshly disinfected) mats, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

What to Bring:

• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy

Class length:
45 minutes + time for goat snuggles after

Note: This is a lighthearted stretching session, not a fitness workout. Come for the calm, the sunset, and the goats!
