Release Workshop

Tissues in our bodies hold memory. Every unprocessed experience will stay in our body until we allow it to move through. Our body has a desire to heal but most of us fight it in order to avoid discomfort of the unknown.

Join me for "Release", the first in the Release Workshop Series where we learn to release tension and trauma from the body through various techniques including breathwork and somatic yoga in this beginner friendly yoga workshop.
