Candlelight Slow Vinyasa

Join us for Candlelight Slow Vinyasa every Sunday from 6:30-7:30pm

Begin with gentle & slow movement and end in an extended savasana with a guided meditation, all in a candlelit room. A great class for anyone looking to wind down and relax before the start of a new week and is appropriate for new to experienced yogis!
