Beginner Yoga

Join us for another fun morning of Beginner Yoga (9:30am) Please bring your own mat! Space is limited, pre-registration required.
Beginner Yoga is the perfect place to start your practice — no experience needed! This gentle, supportive class focuses on basic poses, proper alignment, breathing techniques, and relaxation. Move at your own pace while building strength, flexibility, and confidence in a calm, judgment-free space. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and empowered.
