Schedule & Class Descriptions:
• 12:00 – 13:00 → Afro-Contemporary
A unique blend of movements from the professional Cuban dance technique. This class opens and extends the body, helping you achieve higher quality of movement while staying rooted in solid technique.
• 13:10 – 14:10 → Cuban Body Movement
A journey through the movements that characterize Cuban dances. We will give the body its height and flow, mixing elements from Afro-Cuban, rumba, and more — a complete corporal experience.
• 14:20 – 15:20 → Salsa Fusion
A vibrant mix of salsa with reggaeton, commercial dance, reparto and Afro beats. High energy, playful and explosive!
