Vinyasa with Fanny:

Rooted in the wisdom of Hatha and Tibetan yoga and enriched with modern somatic practices, this class invites you to move with ease, breathe with awareness, and arrive fully and authentically in the present moment. Gentle yet profound, the flow nurtures resilience, clarity, and nervous system regulation.

Open to all. The class will be guided in English whenever non-Swedish speaking participants join, creating a welcoming space for everyone.
