This is a mix of breathwork, dearmouring and tantric practices that make up an intuitive and deep process into the body, mind and soul.
We are proud to invite you to a six-part journey, blending English and Swedish, designed for those who have some experience with Tantra and self-discovery. We have now formed a teaching team that consists of three main teachers and a number of trusted assistants that make this training unique among breathwork trainings.
It means that we can draw on a the experience of us as a group and the container will be very safe, allowing for participants to go really deep.
The training will includes six parts where you can choose to do one, a few or all modules.

⭐️Meeting regularly for a whole year and doing deep work, this is an opportunity to really explore yourself together with others⭐️
Whether you're familiar with Tantra or willing to expand your knowledge, the training starts with self-exploration, tuning into body, breath, and feelings. We will guide you in giving and receiving sessions, creating a supportive atmosphere for personal growth.
Throughout the journey, we will cover various areas such as:
− How to be present with the body and the breath
− How to give care to our Tantra Temple
- How to support others in their process
− Allowing and fine tuning our feelings, and expanding awareness of all that we are
− Understanding and recognizing old wounds
− Dearmouring
− How to allow transparency and sharing authentically
− Energy centers, and hot to allow energy to flow freely
− Touching intimately, with sensitivity, and in a non-intrusive way
− Becoming relaxed and comfortable with another body
− Conscious lovemaking – making love as a Meditation
− Using intuition to enhance our role as a Facilitator
⭐️You will recieve a compendium with some text and also space to write on your own. Our inspired readings include works by Aneesha L Dillon and Diana Richardson, offering valuable insights.
Upon completion of Parts 1-6, you'll receive a Diploma which qualifies you to give sessions to others and to attend the Tantric Pulsation, Advanced which will be starting in December 2025.
⭐️Investment
Early bird is ? before 15th of August. The regular rate is 2950 kr after that. In case of illness, refunds are available, excluding the 600 kr booking fee.
The price is per Module. 3600 for companies. If you pay for the whole training in advance you pay 14400 SEK as a private individual and 17280 as a company.

The training is held every year, and if you have difficulties attending some of the weekends you can do those modules on the training the following year.
The teaching team
Smrati Skog
One of the most experienced tantra teachers in Sweden, she has been doing this for more than 30 years. She is the founder of this training and spent many years in India and Europe on her path to become the wise, intuitive, vibrant woman she is today.
Jarno Kinnunen
This guy has done another journey, coming from a career as a roof layer into tantra, personal development and breathwork. He is energetic (almost electric) but safe at the same time. He is an intuitive fearless man who guides with ease, especially into the energy breath. He gives workshops in breathwork and tantra.
Peter Forsberg
He is now an experienced body worker and facilitator who has his own practice where he works with somatic coaching and trauma release work. Peter has been on the path of personal development for 15 years now and does workshops and retreats in breathwork, tantra and dearmouring. He has a soft and very stable presence that make you feel safe.
