Workshopen ger dig förutsättningar att utforska kontakten mellan kropp, känsla och uttryck. Du får du möjlighet att fördjupa dig i Hilal Dance® genom både tekniska genomgångar och fria, kreativa utforskande övningar. Vi inleder med Bodywork som öppnar kroppen och sinnet, för att sedan gå vidare in i dansens olika rörelseprinciper och olika övningar.
Du behöver inga förkunskaper: både nybörjare och erfarna dansare är välkomna. Tillsammans skapar vi ett tryggt rum där du kan utveckla din teknik, finna din närvaro och upptäcka nya sätt att uttrycka dig genom dans.

Relating through Movement
This workshop gives you the opportunity to explore the connection between body, emotion and expression. You will deepen your experience of Hilal Dance® through both technical guidance and free, creative explorations. We begin with Bodywork to open body and mind, and then move into the dance’s different movement principles and exercises.
No previous experience is required – both beginners and experienced dancers are welcome. Together we create a safe space where you can develop your technique, find presence and discover new ways of expressing yourself through dance.
