Join a two-day intensive workshop with internationally acclaimed choreographer, performer, director and teacher Helder Seabra.

A workshop that dives deep into movement, instinct, and presence.
Rooted in an organic, continuous flow of energy, we explore layers of kinetic force, anatomy, and speed — balancing control with surrender, and observing what emerges when we let go. Within a playful and supportive space, participants are invited to push physical and mental limits, allowing intuition and individual movement language to surface and evolve.
Through guided exploration, we tap into subconscious depths — where spontaneity, vulnerability, and authenticity fuel the creation of raw, embodied expression.
Helder’s teaching bridges high physicality and experimental dance theatre. His work invites participants into evocative, honest, and deeply human experiences that both challenge and inspire.
Expect intensity, honesty, and transformation through movement.
