Läs is More Book Club

It's almost August, which for a large subset of the population means that it's back to school following summer vacation! For us book clubbers, it means that we're getting back in touch with our inner children by re-reading a childhood favorite! I myself have started reading The Complete Winnie-the-the Pooh (which turns 100 next year!) and have surprised myself with how much I'm enjoying it! I'll leave you here with an excerpt that I found particularly relatable:

"When you wake up in the morning, Pooh," said Piglet at last, "what's the first thing you say to yourself?"

"What's for breakfast?" said Pooh. "What do you say, Piglet?"

"I say, I wonder what's going to happen exciting to-day?" said Piglet.

Pooh nodded thoughtfully.

"It's the same thing," he said.
