Yegor Zabelov is a unique and distinctive Belarusian accordionist, currently based in Poznan, Poland. Zabelov's work is devoted to exploring the possibilities of the instrument in which he specializes, often pushing it to its limits. In his hands, the accordion becomes a tool for creating mystical experiences, and performances take the form of a musical ritual.
This year, he has been selected to perform at WOMEX—the world’s largest conference and showcase for global music—which will take place in October in Tampere, Finland.
