Throughout our dance journey, we develop greater and greater body control as we learn more complex moves, technique, musicality and styling. Yet we don’t learn to actually feel into our bodies.
We are mostly caught up in our head and unaware of how our mental and emotional state influence our body, movements and dance partner. This makes connecting, relaxing and enjoying more difficult.
This 2-hour workshop focuses on simple but powerful mental and body-based exercises to help bachata dancers feel more present and enter the “flow state” more easily.
