OLIVER MAARUP & NANNA ANNA (COPENHAGEN)
NÅR MØRKET FALDER – WHEN DARKNESS FALLS
Prints, monotypes, drawings and a mirror book by two graphic artists that started copying each other until no one could tell the original from the copy. Oliver Maarup and Nanna Anna are two young printers from Copenhagen, they draw smooth on hand with shadow and light, free hand now or nevers, folk tale happiness and the joy of turning ordinary things into vibrating totems. The exhibition includes original monotypes from their newly released book “Nemesis” as well as new and old work from Nanna and Oliver.
