Bugg: Tuesdays week 46 - 51
“As Bugg fits most music and is easy to learn it’s no wonder it’s Sweden’s most popular partner dance. It’s mostly danced in Scandinavia and is characterized by it’s quick pace and many spins and turns.”
Continuation course
🕓18:00 - 19:00
The continuation course is suitable for dancers who have already taken the beginners course. Here new figures and music adaptation is explored further. Expect a higher pace and lot’s of dancing!
Beginner course
🕓19:15 - 20:15
The beginner course is aimed towards you who have never danced Bugg before. Or perhaps you have never danced at all before. It gives you an basic understanding of the dance, including rythm and music, basic steps and easy figures. By the end of the first lesson you’ll be able to show off some moves at CSDA’s social hangouts, and by the end of the course you’ll be comfortable enough with the dance to go out and join the social dances out and about around Sweden.
Social dance
🕓20:15 - 21:15
The social dance is open for any CSDA member and we highly encourage our students to join it as part of the course. Here you have room to practice what you’ve learnt, as well a socialize and make new friends.
📍 Location: A Working Lab (AWL) on campus Johanneberg, either on the first or second floor.
