Immerse yourself in the rich rhythms of Cuba through two vibrant workshops celebrating movement, music, and cultural connection.

In the Afro-Cuban Dance Workshop, explore traditional movements rooted in Yoruba and Congo traditions, learning how rhythm and spirituality intertwine through expressive bodywork and grounded energy.

Then, dive into the Timba Musicality Workshop to discover how modern Cuban music blends salsa, funk, and Afro-Cuban rhythms. Learn to interpret clave, conga, and brass patterns — and translate them into your dance with authentic timing and flow.
