Acro Flow Workshop with Sofie & Fabio

Sofie & Fabio are coming to Gothenburg all the way from Stockholm to teach an amazing workshop!

Expect some Slackro, Pops and even Whips to be put together into an interesting, fun and amazing L-Base Acro Flow!

You are just as welcome to join alone as with a partner or friend!

To get the most out of the workshop we recommend that you have the following Pre-Reqs...
•Basic washingmachines
•Basic pops

Both Sofie & Fabio are experienced, certified AcroYoga teachers that have been teaching international. Their workshops are focused on safety, fun and a positive mindset.
