We begin with a four-week intensive dance course, designed for those who feel they want to take their dancing to another level.
This course is not for beginners.
It is for those who are ready to accept the challenge, move forward, challenge themselves and grow through movement.
It will be four intensive weeks to train the body, awaken intention and deepen body expression.
It's not just about learning steps:
It's about feeling, connecting with your energy and inhabiting movement with awareness and presence.
We train technique, yes, but also intention, expression and truth when dancing.
