Gentle & Restorative Yoga - Workshop

Deeply relax and unwind with soothing and restful yoga practices to help you feel calm, relaxed and at ease. Enjoy the health benefits of gentle, calming and restorative yoga.

We use props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks to support the body, breathing techniques to calm and relax and gentle yoga movement to ease tension in the body.
