This Afternoon Retreat is a Journey Connecting you to the magic of Energy Centres known as Chakras.
Working with the Chakras is a powerful way to promote inner and overall Harmony.
By restoring balance to the Chakras, we can improve physical health, enhance emotional stability, and deep spiritual connection.
The Session includes;
🌬️ Opening with Breathwork & Grounding ~ The session will begin with some lovely gentle breathwork, this is to soothe you and to make you feel grounded in the present moment.
🤍💜💙💚🧡💛❤️ Connecting to the Chakras ~ I will guide you through the 7 main energy centres known as Chakras, how they relate to the body and mind. How they relate to your daily life, how you can work with the chakras and ways you will feel when balanced and unbalanced.
🌬️🧘🎶Breathwork, Meditation & Crystal bowl Sound Bath ~ You will be guided with a Chakra colour breathwork, meditation and then bathed in a crystal sound bath. As you let the soothing vibrations of sound carry you into a deep relaxation. As you close your eyes and surrender to the harmonious tones as they wash over you, promoting balance and calm for the mind, body and soul.
📝Journal Time ~ After the sound bath, there will be some time to reflect and / or journalling time for you to digest anything that has come up for you joining the session.
☕🙏Closing with Herbal Tea & Sharing ~ we will come together for an herbal tea to come back to the body and ground ourselves before leaving. This is an option for us to share or if you wish to be still and quiet, please honour how you feel after the session.

😊 What to bring with you & what to wear
Please note we will be sat or led on the floor for the whole session, so please bring anything with you to be comfortable and I have a list of suggestions for you below.
- Mats and a blanket is provided. (Please feel free to bring your own)
- If you would like to bring a pillow, cushion, blanket for comfort and warmth, please do.
- A bottle of water.
- Eye Pillow if you have one or a face cloth to cover the eyes. (This is personal preference and optional).
- Please wear anything that feels comfortable, cosy and nurturing.

🕕How long is the afternoon retreat?
The retreat session is 2 hours, you may arrive at 2.50pm to get settled before we begin at 3pm.
