Cake and Rake - St Helen's Churchyard

St Helen's Churchyard is an amazing place for people and wildlife, including glowworms. As part of our careful management we need to rake up cut grass at this time of year.

We are very grateful the Isle of Wight Green Gym team https://www.iwgreengym.org.uk are coming to help us, and everyone is welcome to join us. Instruction and some tools will be provided, as well as good company. There will be a variety of tasks to suit all abilities and energy levels, and we promise the cake is of the highest homemade quality to reward you for your efforts.

It's also an opportunity to find out more about this amazing place, and the activities of the green gym.

Please park in Church Car park on Eddington Road, and we are well served by footpaths.
