We invite you to join us on Wednesday, October 8 from 9:00 - 10:15 a.m. in the Goshen Campus Library for a screening and discussion of the important and timely webinar "School Skills - Setting Kids Up for Success," featuring clinical psychologist and author, Dr. Lisa Damour.
The webinar will focus on helping children and teenagers manage uncomfortable emotions, adapt to new challenges, and cope with stressful situations. The webinar also covers when it’s time to worry about how a child or teen is doing at school and, under those circumstances, what to do.
Lisa Damour, PhD is the author of three The New York Times bestsellers: "Untangled," "Under Pressure," and "The Emotional Lives of Teenagers." She co-hosts the "Ask Lisa" podcast, works in collaboration with UNICEF, and is recognized as a thought leader by the American Psychological Association.
This Thoughtful Series is open to parents/guardians of Lower, Middle, and High School students. We hope you’ll join us for this relevant and insightful discussion!
