Sourdough 1: Sourdough Bread Baking for Beginners

Join me for Sourdough 1: Beginner Sourdough Baking Class!

Learn all the basics so you can start your sourdough baking journey. We’ll cover starter maintenance, bulk fermentation, cold proofing, shaping, baking and more! You’ll mix up a loaf in class and leave with the skills to know when it’s ready to bake the next day. You’ll also go home with live starter, ready to feed and bake with again!
