We use the tools yoga, meditation & somatic movement to guide us as we practice we reconnecting to our breath, quieting our minds & reminding our bodies & ourselves of our ever present value.
The class is structured around a mix of vinyasa & yin yoga.
All levels welcome but we do suggest having a basic knowledge of the asanas (poses) in order for you to get more out of the experience.

Things You Need to Know:
• Class starts promptly at 12pm so please arrive at least 5 minutes beforehand to grab a spot & get situated before we begin class.
Doors will open at all 11:45am.
