Refresh women's kick-off

Refresh is a 10 week commitment to grow closer to God. We know that God wants us to be healthy in mind body and spirit. During this 10 weeks we will have exercise challenges which would include your choice of getting more exercise such as walking etc. Memorizing scripture, we join together with the men who do Fight Club (at 10pm the same night) we will do the book study Love Does. We will do an outreach. This year we will partner with Cultivate Food Rescue. What Refresh is not...we do not meet each week, we do not ask you to do any crazy exercise challenges to see how many pushups you can do! You will have an accountability partner that you can provide or we will match you up with one. We will have some fun get togethers and exercise options.
