Join County Executive Neuhaus and Dr. Peter Cressy, Director of Executive Programs at the George Washington Leadership
Institute, for a discussion on the strategic leadership of Washington, Lincoln, FDR, and Churchill during times of crisis and
change.

Dr. Cressy, a retired U.S. Navy Rear Admiral, has 35 years of executive experience as both a college and university
president and as a trade association CEO in Washington, DC. Rear Admiral Cressy’s naval experience includes operational
knowledge ranging from participation in the Saigon evacuation to Desert Storm and important administrative roles at the
State Department, on Capitol Hill, and in the Pentagon.
