HEAVY METAL ~ ROCK AND FLOW ~ ALL LEVELS

Come flow and blow off some steam with salutations, stretching, and chilling to the tunes of a few of your favorite Metal Bands.

You can expect the to be a bit LOUDER and much HEAVIER than your typical or traditional music you might be used to in a yoga class. Leta have some fun!

This will be an open all levels class, meaning
‘YOU DO YOU”. If you want to rest, rest, you want to turn it up or upside down then go right ahead!!!!

Wear your favorite band t-shirt, bring a friend and lets ROCK AND FLOW!!!

Preregistration is requested, and if you have any favorite Metal bands or songs, you want to hear LET ME KNOW!
Use your class pass or pay for the drop in $20
